KKSP is focused on building such long-term partnerships with all of its customers and operates a highly structured Continuous Improvement Program (CIP) across all 4 locations.

Our Company's CIP involves all levels of the organization, with results tracked and reported to all employees on key metrics, including safety, delivery, quality, and cost. Through the transparency of both our process and results, KKSP is able to leverage its most valuable resource, the knowledge and dedication of its employees, to continually enhance its customer value proposition.

As a complement to our internal CIP program, we also routinely work closely with customers on focused initiatives, including Kaizen, VA/VE, and other projects, which often lead to significant value improvements.
